At New Beginnings Mental Health, LLC, we believe clear expectations help us provide the best care.
Appointments & Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee that cannot be billed to insurance.
Telehealth Services
All sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Patients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private environment.
Medications
We do not prescribe benzodiazepines or controlled substances.
Ongoing medication management requires regular follow-up appointments for safety and effectiveness.
Emergencies
We do not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Insurance & Payment
We accept Aetna, Cigna, & Optum, as well as private pay.
Patients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or fees not covered by insurance.
